Nonferrous metal forging develops rapidly in China, and the number of casting alloy parts increases year by year, especially aluminum and magnesium alloy casting. In recent years, the application demand of metal materials in automobile industry and home appliance industry is increasing year by year, and the development of non-ferrous casting industry is also rising rapidly. However, there are still many problems in the production equipment, technical personnel, production technology, etc. in the non-ferrous forging industry, the following problems are summarized in the Qin and Han fine arts section, which is summarized as follows.
(1) Poor comprehensive quality of castings
The comprehensive quality of non-ferrous alloy castings in China is quite different from that of the world standard in appearance and internal quality. In addition, the processing rate is low, the machining allowance is large, and the production resources are wasted seriously. The main reason for these problems is that the production equipment and technology of metal forging in China are relatively backward.
(2) Poor basic conditions of casting process equipment
The main reason that hinders the development of Chinas non-ferrous metal forging industry is that the forging process equipment and infrastructure are not matched, and the production conditions are harsh, which to some extent affect the quality and development of metal forging. These problems are embodied in the unreasonable design of metal mould, the rough manufacture of mould and the lack of attention, the scattered auxiliary materials for metal processing, the simple production equipment, the hard quality inspection technology, the lack of testing channels and material resources. In addition, the implementation of standards in the metal processing industry is not strict, the positioning of processing standards for non-ferrous metal forgings is not clear, and the production of enterprises is not standardized, resulting in serious waste of product quality but hard resources, and the scrap rate has been as high as 30-50%.
(3) Serious problems of environmental protection and energy consumption
Due to the backward production and development equipment, a large number of waste water, dust, waste residue and waste gas are produced in the collection process, which causes serious damage to resources and environment. The overflowing of waste water has polluted rivers, lakes and other waters to varying degrees. However, the later stage of sewage treatment brings great economic burden to the national government and enterprises.
(4) Backward technology, lack of talents, and insufficient development capacity of new technology and new products
Because the problems of heavy workload and poor environment in foundry industry can not be solved effectively for a long time, the loss of technical personnel in enterprises is serious, the recruitment is difficult, and the lack of technical personnel directly affects the process optimization and reform of metal forging.
In view of the above situation, Chinas non-ferrous metal forging industry should speed up the path of large-scale, collectivization and deep processing of products, introduce high and new technology, comprehensively improve the technical level and product grade of traditional industries, and strive to expand exports, so as to participate in international competition with low-cost and high value-added products.
