Through repeated research, it is found that the primary factor affecting the accuracy of the machine tool is not the wear of the transmission chain (which is also one of the factors, but the cost of repair is very high), but the wear of the bearing of the shaking table of the machine tool. When the bearing of y2250 machine tool shaking table is severely worn, it will cause axial movement and vibration of shaking table, and then lead to large radial runout of gear ring and large roughness of tooth surface. There are two main reasons for the bearing wear of y2250 machine tool shaking table. One is that the smooth system of the machine tool is not designed, the smooth oil is too little, and the reflection is not good when the oil drops (especially the rear bearing); the other is that the wear resistance of domestic castings is not good.
As for the wear of the bearing of the cradle of y2250 machine tool, the repair is easier and the cost is lower. The method is to turn and polish the outer circle of the cradle and the inner hole of the bearing seat with a vertical lathe, measure the practical dimension D1 of the outer circle and the practical dimension D1 of the inner hole, and then make the bearing roller. The outer circle diameter d0 of the roller = (d1-d1) / 2 + 0-0.01-0.02mm, and the dimension consistency of each roller of the tube is good. After the y2250 machine tool was repaired by this method, the runout of the gear ring of the big wheel increased from 0.09 mm to 0.17 mm to 0.04 mm to 0.08 mm (the data was measured when the tool runout was 0.03 mm in radial direction and 0.02 mm in axial direction).
After the repair of the machine tool, the following adjustments and reflections should be carried out on the machine tool: ① adjust the clearance of the cutter head spindle to make the spindle run out at about 0.01 mm. ② Adjust the clearance of workpiece spindle to make the radial and axial runout of spindle between 0.006 mm and 0.01 mm. ③ Adjust the clearance between the worm wheel and the worm of the cradle between 0.02 mm and 0.05 mm. ④ Adjust the clearance between the worm wheel and the worm of the workpiece main shaft between 0.01 mm and 0.03 mm. ⑤ Reflect and adjust the common condition of gears and keys on each transmission shaft. ⑥ Reflect on other parts for severe wear or damage.
Therefore, through the above methods, the precision of gears can be provided quickly to meet the needs of precision gears. This method is relatively popular in domestic production enterprises at present, which improves the method of manufacturing precision gears in China. It improves the weakness of China in the field of precision machinery manufacturing.
